Publication Rules and Conditions

First: General Conditions
1.    Originality: The research must be submitted for publication for the first time. It must not have been previously published or accepted for publication in any other journal or medium, and it must not be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
2.    Relevance: The research topic must fall within the scope and interests of the journal in the field of educational and psychological sciences.
3.    Language: Research papers are accepted in Formal Arabic or English.
4.    Copyright: In case of acceptance for publication, copyright is transferred to the journal. Authors must sign a copyright transfer agreement form.
Second: Manuscript Preparation Requirements
1.    Citation System: The author must adhere to the APA style (7th Edition or later) for in-text citations and the reference list.
2.    Research Structure: The manuscript must contain the following basic elements (according to the type of research):
o    Title Page: Includes the research title in Arabic and English, the name(s) of the author(s) and their contact information (position, institution, email address).
o    Two Abstracts: An abstract in Arabic and another in English (between 150-250 words each), accompanied by keywords.
o    Introduction: Includes the research problem, its questions/hypotheses, and its significance.
o    Theoretical Framework and Literature Review.
o    Research Methodology: Specification of the approach, population and sample, tools, and procedures.
o    Research Results: Presentation of the results in an organized manner, using tables and figures as needed.
o    Discussion of Results: Interpretation of the results and their connection to previous studies.
o    Recommendations and Suggestions (if applicable).
o    List of References: Must be comprehensive and include only references cited within the text.
3.    Technical Formatting: The manuscript must be typed in Times New Roman font, size 14 for the main text and size 16 for main headings in Arabic manuscripts, and Times New Roman font, size 12 for the main text and size 14 for main headings in English manuscripts, with margins (2 cm) on all sides.
Third: Submission Process and Procedures
1.    Submission: The manuscript and all required documents must be uploaded exclusively via the journal's electronic publishing system on its website, not via email.
2.    Attached Documents: The submission must include:
o    The complete manuscript file after removing any author identifying information (to ensure fairness in the blind peer review process).
o    A separate title page containing the authors' details.
o    A statement of original submission (confirming the work has not been published before).
3.    Publication Fees: "Al Tarbawi" Journal is free for publication and consideration (no article processing charges or submission fees).
Fourth: Peer Review and Publication Process
1.    Peer Review: All research papers undergo confidential scientific peer review (by at least two reviewers) by specialists in the research field. The journal follows a double-blind peer review system, where the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed from each other.
2.    Editorial Decision: Based on the reviewers' reports, the editorial board makes one of the following decisions: Accept, Accept conditionally after required modifications, Resubmit for Re-review (major revisions), or Reject.
3.    Revisions: If revisions are requested, authors must return the modified version within the specified deadline, accompanied by a cover letter explaining how each of the reviewers' comments was addressed.
4.    Proofing: The final version of the accepted manuscript is sent to the author for approval before publication.
Fifth: Adherence to Ethics
1.    The author bears full responsibility for the content of the research and ensuring the accuracy and originality of the information.
2.    Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed.
3.    Required ethical approvals must be obtained for field research involving human participants.
4.    Acts of plagiarism, self-plagiarism (redundant publication), and any other unethical practices are strictly prohibited. All research papers are checked using plagiarism detection software.
