Abstract

This study aimed to define the concept of information technology (IT) and the concept of business management development, and to present a set of findings related to IT and its role in business management development. A review of previous studies revealed that companies face numerous challenges in business management development due to incomplete technological systems or a lack of accurate data. Therefore, understanding the role of IT in business management development is crucial for improving overall company performance. The study's central question is: What is the role of information technology in business management development within the company under study?

The descriptive and analytical methods were used in the field study to analyze questionnaires. Several key findings emerged, most notably the positive and statistically significant role of networks in business management development. Networks facilitated improved coordination and information exchange between different departments, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of administrative processes.
