Abstract

This work is a valuable jurisprudential treatise written by a scholar from Tunisia, a jurist from the Maliki school of thought in the 13th century AH, Sheikh Ahmad bin al-Tahir al-Latif, who died in 1257 AH. He devoted this treatise to a very important topic concerning some of the legal rulings related to sexual intercourse with a menstruating woman after her purification, embellished with fatwas and opinions of Maliki jurists on the subject matter of the treatise.
