The research was titled "The Hierarchies of Deductive Reasoning from the Prophetic Sunnah in Deriving Legal Rulings through Al-Maziri's Book 'Al-Mu'lim bi Fawa'id Muslim'." It was divided into three main sections:

The first section focused on Imam Al-Maziri and his book, subdivided into three parts:

Part One: Discussed Imam Al-Maziri himself: his life, some of his teachers and students, and his year of death.

Part Two: Addressed the introduction to the book Al-Mu'lim bi Fawa'id Muslim and the reasons for its authorship.

Part Three: Highlighted the most prominent features distinguishing the book from others and clarified its scholarly value and status.

The second section, titled "The Methodology of Imam Al-Maziri and the Foundational Principles He Relied Upon in His Book," was subdivided into three parts:

Part One: Examined Imam Al-Maziri's methodology as demonstrated in his commentary on Sahih Muslim.

Part Two: Outlined the foundational principles (Usul) upon which Imam Al-Maziri relied in his book.

Part Three: Discussed the book's influence on subsequent Maliki scholars and others.

The third section, titled "The Hierarchies of Deductive Reasoning from the Prophetic Sunnah according to Imam Al-Maziri: Their Evidence and Authority," was subdivided into two parts:

Part One: Defined the Prophetic Sunnah and its role in establishing legal rulings.

Part Two: Examined the hierarchies of deduction: their concept, legal authority, and provided examples from the book Al-Mu'lim. This part also clarified the ruling on applying these hierarchies according to the consensus of scholars.

The Conclusion: Presented the most significant findings derived from the research along with some recommendations.
